Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition as when you received it
Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
In the original packaging
Complete with all tags, accessories, and included items

You must also provide your order number or valid proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and explain the reason for the return. We may request photos or videos of the product to evaluate its condition.

Please contact us and receive return approval before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during return shipping.

Return Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that:

Have been worn or used
Have been scratched, damaged, or altered after delivery
Show signs of misuse or improper handling
Are missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or included items
Are returned after the 30-day return period
Are returned without prior approval
Are damaged due to normal wear and tear

We do not provide refunds solely based on a customer's request before the returned product has been received and inspected.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory return or cancellation rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country or region.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at:

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different watch, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the new item after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may reject the refund.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed.

Atlas Watch Co. is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Retail Shipping Region

Retail orders are currently available for delivery to selected Middle Eastern markets.

Retail orders are not currently available for delivery to Europe or the Americas.

Wholesale & OEM/ODM Orders

Wholesale and OEM/ODM orders are subject to separate commercial terms.

Wholesale MOQ: 50 watches

OEM/ODM MOQ: 500 watches

For wholesale and OEM/ODM orders, return, replacement, quality inspection, and refund terms may be agreed separately before the order is confirmed or shipped.
